    One off one-to-one sessions are ideal if you’ve joined past programmes or events and would like to delve deeper into particular areas.

  • Block Book 6 Sessions

    Coaching and therapy works best with a minimum commitment of 6 sessions so we can truly explore where we need to focus attention and work around what comes up.

  • Group Programmes

    Join an online group programme where we’ll share a journey together around specific themes with a mix of one-to-one sessions and group circles.
